In July 2024, I was appointed as Chief Marketing Officer for B Agro Crop Ltd, a women-led agricultural processing company in Ziope, Ghana. The company specialized in processing locally grown vegetables (chili, ginger, okra, garden eggs, habanero peppers) into shelf-stable powdered products to reduce post-harvest losses and empower women farmers.

Over 16 months, I revived their brand presence, created comprehensive marketing systems, represented the company internationally, and achieved exponential growth metrics that positioned B Agro Crop as an emerging leader in sustainable agriculture.
